Terms of Use

1. Synopsis

We, BeSaathi India Private Limited, operate the Saathi Platform (collectively the platform, website(s), and app(s)) herein referred as "Saathi Money" that facilitates you, the User, access to Products and Services to help improve your financial health including, but not limited to Savings Accounts, Goal Management, Merchant-Linked Rewards, Articles, Financial Health Tracking, and a range of related communications.

These Terms govern your use and access of the Saathi Money Platform, its features and functionalities, and the various services offered by us via the Saathi Platform. You will have a unique Saathi Money Account after you have provided requisite information which we require to deliver services. In addition, when you use any Service (e.g., Savings Account, Loans, Investments), you will also be subject to the terms and guidelines applicable specifically to that Service. The Saathi Money Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, process, and share your information.

2. Introduction

1. BeSaathi India Private Limited is a company incorporated and registered in India with CIN U72900MH2021PTC355248 whose registered office is at 502 Sagar Fortune, 184 Waterfield Road, Off Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400 050, India ("Saathi Money", "Us", "We", or "Our").
2. Saathi Money operates a financial platform that, through its websites and applications, offers products and services that allow users to better manage their finances, access funds, and improve their financial health.
3. BeSaathi India Private Limited is an intermediary as defined under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and these Terms of Use are in consonance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
4. By registering, accessing, or using the Saathi Money platform, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract and be bound by the present terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms of use, you should not register, access, or use the Saathi Money platform.
5. Saathi Money reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes means that you accept and agree to the revisions.

3. Definitions

• "Saathi Money Platform": The account(s), app(s), and website(s) enabling the user to access Saathi Money products and services.
• "User": Any person who has visited the Saathi Money App, Website, or Platform and/or has initiated the process of opening an account with Saathi Money.
• "Partner Bank": Any partner Bank which Saathi Money has partnered with towards offering Services (including Suryoday Small Finance Bank for opening savings accounts and providing banking services).
• "KYC": Know Your Customer regulations issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
• "Credentials": The unique login identifiers, passwords, and security PINs used to access your Saathi Money Account.

4. Becoming a User

1. You can access the platform upon meeting eligibility criteria, completing the registration flow, and agreeing to these Terms.
2. You agree to keep your credentials secret and confidential. You are responsible for all actions taken through your credentials.
3. You agree that Saathi Money and/or Partner Bank carries out mandatory KYC due diligence before opening any deposit account.
4. You agree to keep all debit card information (card number, expiry, CVV, OTP) strictly confidential.

5. Eligibility

By registering for or using the Saathi Money Platform, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• All information and documentation provided during registration and KYC verification is authentic, accurate, and current.
• You will not permit any third party to access or use your Saathi Money Account.

6. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You agree that you shall not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any portion of the Platform.
• Deploy automated crawlers, scrapers, bots, or data-extraction tools without express authorization.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, or exploit vulnerabilities in system infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or money-laundering activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, trademarks, service marks, user interfaces, code, designs, and content displayed on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of BeSaathi India Private Limited or its respective partner licensors. No right or license is granted without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BeSaathi India Private Limited, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your access to or inability to use the Platform.

9. Grievances

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
